Thank you all (including the individual who listed almost all known,
American fast-food restaurants) for you information regarding Milwaukee.
 So many of you took your valuable time to respond.  I am impressed.  I
think we have enough to "go on"--There was a consensus regarding
cultural institutions in the greater Milwaukee area--and lots of
diversity regarding food.  No one mentioned a regional sandwich type?
