I'm creating image records of all of our surrogate
images and want to distinguish the slides, negatives
and transparencies from the artifact record (accession
number). Does anybody have any suggestions of how
these images should be numbered?
For example if an artifact is 1982.3.24 should I add a
S,T or N in front of the number?
Any suggestions are welcome and much appreciated!
