Hi All!
In my work, I often provide the same information via e-mail
to inquirers. My method - I save one e-mail with all the
necessary information and just cut and paste it into the new
reply. Yes, a bit tedious . . . but it gets my job done
efficiently and gets the person the desired information.
All that in preamble to my suggestion: If you want to
respond efficiently, perhaps cut, paste and send a
helpful/encouraging/positive message you sent umpteen times
before, rather than spending time composing a wholly
original nasty e-mail message.
Just my two cents . . . hopefully not attracting "the slings
and arrows of outrageous fortune ..."
