You are obviously more computer literate than I am. I didn't understand a word you said. I think I figured out that one of your concerns was the duplication of messages when you tried to print something. I found what works best for me is when I find a topic that interests me (like the 1950's Christmas or the use of no longer copyrighted photographs) I create a word file on that topic. I can cut and paste any pertinent info, add my own comments and highlights etc. It also means that I'm not taking space in my mailbox and I can kep the file as long as I want. Just an idea. If I'm off base in understanding your concerns please write back in English so that I can understand. Annmarie
