Once again, don't be too fast to blame a Museum-Ler (not that it's impossible
that one or more are infected). Remember that anyone who has a Museum-Ler in
their address book could be the source, and most of us are in dozens if not
hundreds of other peoples' address books.
However, the bit on virus-protection programs is right on the money. If you
don't have up-to-date virus protection, get it immediately and scrub your
computer.
