We have a manlift. We have a 2-story Great Hall with hanging light
fixtures. But, our building manager doesn't like the lift, so lights still
are not changed on a regular basis. He will wait until a number of them are
out. Re: the ladder -- saying the words: "liability", "disability",
"negligence", "willful disregard for worker safety", "court", and "lawyers"
should convince that it is better to budget for a regular rental of a lift.
