Haven't seen this suggestion yet, but thought it may be the easiest and
least intimidating.
What about setting up a hinge on the text, so when it was open one way it
was english and another way was spanish. Sort of like a question and answer
text panel that you find in many exhibitions geared towards children.
Just a thought
