For 19th century patterns and miscellaneous oddments try http://www.buckaroobobbins.com/ The patterns are relatively inexpensive, but are on newsprint so should be copied onto muslin in order to make them last.
For 19th century ready-made clothing, try River Junction Trading Company. They carry several off-the-rack lines, plus hats, boots, etc., for men, women and children. I have been very pleased with their customer service and the quality of their merchandise.

If any lady is crazy enough to want a corset, the least expensive good one on-line is from Chivalry Sports.
