Dear Listers -
I'm in search of good, solid resources on starting a non-profit. Having not
done this before, I need to know everything that must be done to meet legal
and tax status for such an organization.  "How To" guides and resources are
what I seek (I've already visited the AAM website and done searches with
teoma and google).  Thanks for your assistance.
