I am posting for a colleague, please respond to [log in to unmask]
thank you.
I am currently archiving consumer products, and among all the other
various items, i have come across a printed frosting sheet. The
frosting sheet has an image on it that I need to preserve. However, the
whole thing is made out of sugar. Any ideas on how to preserve this
item would be greatly appreciated. A digital picture has already been
taken, but how do I preserve the object itself? Thanks in advance for
any input.
John
Ps. Ingredients include - cornstarch, corn syrup, cellulose, corn syrup
solids, water, sugar, vegetable oil, arabic gum, polysorbate 60, citric
acid
