My museum would like to create a written policy for board approval that
states that our educators agree to never be  in a room with students without
another adult present (who could be a chaperone or Museum staff member).
We'd like to be proactive about this in order to distance ourselves from
potential allegations about inappropriate conduct. Do any of you have
written policies about this?
