Did the orginal question involve Distance Learning programs at
universities/colleges or in museums? I thought the question was centered
around wanting to get into a distance learning school. If so, the question
has not be answered.
Would the original poster please email me directly and I can help you.
Thanks
John

Contact Conner Prairie at 317-776-6000. We have dl almost everyday during
the school year. Our primary participants are elementary and secondary
schools, most in Indiana (where CP is), but we do get a number of out of
state schools as well. We have also relayed to other facilities/
institutions (such as nursing homes) in the past. It is done live w/
audience participation highly encourage.
Conner Prairie's dl is not intended to replace teachers in the classroom or
as a correspondence education, but to supplement classroom instruction.

Subject: Distance Learning
Greetings:
Can anyone advise me about distance learning: the pitfalls, the
challenges, the benefits? I am looking for organizations that provide
distance education and for grant agencies that want to fund such programs.
