Dear Adam, The first thing you should do is call the
I.R.S, they have a form that you'll have to fill out
,( off the top of my head )I believe it is called a
501- C3. This form is used to establish non -profit
status. You should also see if you can get an attorney
to help draw up the charter of your orginization, and
help you to set up the financial,and or board ,Good
