My Historical Society is in the process of receiving a large donation of corporate archives that date from 1892 to 1992. We are in the process of drafting our transsfer document to . Issues involved include the Personnel records and Medical Records.

I know that there are laws applicable to privacy. Has anyone out there accepted such a donation or dealt with sensitive personnel and medical records? If so could you please offer some advice in drafting this document.
