Yes, and now the public gets an additional serving of advertising too (hey,
they don't get enough otherwise, do they?), plus the message that only big
money counts, not individual achievement.  But, as some of us have said, NEW
wings and galleries are one thing, but renaming existing facilities and
dumping the original honorees is another.  It's true, a lot of people don't
care one way or the other--but some of us do.  Can you say "shabby"?   And I
really think there's a growing minority of the public who are getting sick of
having corporate advertising shoved in their faces everywhere they go.
