Dear list members,
I am engaged in research in the construction of copper kettles used in
the early North American Fir trade 1570's to 1750's.
One anomaly that we are looking at is the pot edge being rolled inward
around the wire rather than outward.
Would those of you who have kettles in your collections have any such
kettles in your collections?
Thank you
T.W.Moran
