Hi, all,
Our organization is developing personnel policies and is modeling them
(currently) on the personnel policies of the Issaquah city government. This
is fine in many areas, but because we are a non-profit with no benefits,
there are some differences. We're interested in looking at some other
policies from similar organizations.
The Issaquah Historical Society employs a full-time director and a part-time
assistant/volunteer coordinator. We operate two small museums and handle a
number of other projects through the historical society. We are trying to
establish a policy that deals with all the basic issues of sick leave,
vacation, maternity leave, etc.
If you have policies and are similar in size/function to our org, I would
appreciate a copy of your personnel policy for reference.
Thanks!
Erica
