A good place to start would be to look at the Cree chapters in the Smithsonian's Handbook of North American Indians: Volume 6, Subarctic (see http://www.nmnh.si.edu/anthro/handbook.html for more info. on the Handbook series.) Also, Volume 13, part 1, Plains, in the same series has a chapter on the Plains Cree. The chapters generally have good resources and references sections and some information on where collections are located. If your local library doesn't have the series they should be able to get it via interlibrary loan.

What are good websites or books or magazines that I could find, that could
give me good information on the Cree Indians of northern Canada. Also, are
there any museums in the US or Canada that has a good collection on Cree
Indians. Any information about Indians could also help.
