Deb, you may also consider the Mariner's Museum and the Chesapeake Bay
Maritime Museum as potential sources.  Chesapeake Bay Maritime has an
active historic ship reconstruction program.  They are currently restoring
some of the last surviving work skipjacks and working on education
programs.
