Good Afternoon Amy,
I would suggest you look at:
Developing Communities Through Cultural, Heritage, and Ecological Tourism (1995) Edited by Charles M. Dorn. This 95 page publication contains presentations of A Leadership Training Institute (May 4-7, 1994) sponsored by The Florida State University Center for Arts Administration, 123 Carothers Hall, Tallahassee, Florida 32306-3014.
I hope this helps,

Can anyone suggest resources, articles, conference proceedings, white
papers, etc. that address defining arts, culture and heritage, particularly
in how they relate to tourism? I've done some web and database searches,
but I'm not quite hitting the mark.
I'm particularly interested in debates/discussions about widening the
definition of "arts tourism" to include "arts & cultural tourism," "arts &
cultural heritage tourism" or other such combinations.
Anything that addresses widening "arts" to include heritage/cultural
organizations and tourism would be helpful.
Thank you for your help,
Amy C. Scrivner
