Sarah, if these are electronic documents, I would
encourage you to upload them to either/and/or MuseDocs
or Roger's Global Museum site. There are already 51
people there available to exchange files.
The advantage is that you upload the file (easy to do
because even I can do it--amazing) into the site as a
repository of information, and each person needing the
information can download at his/her leisure. Be sure
to use the announce feature to that group if you add
the file on MuseDocs, and it would probably be a good
idea to announce here it is available for group use.

Same goes for whomever was exchanging Mission
Statements. That's another case for compiling
templates, boiler plates and/or not reinventing the
wheel.
