I'm not sure if this is the kind of marketing you're referring to, but we
allow museum visitors and people we meet at community events to sign up for
our email adventure list. We've found that the list is an inexpensive way
(much less expensive than paper, printing, and postage) to notify people
about events coming up at the museum. We do not sell the names on the list
or share them with other organizations.
