Might be of some interest:
According to local media (see "Danas", Belgrade, 2002-06-08) Ron Haviv's
exhibition "Blood and Honey: A Balkan War Journal" intended to enrich
museum holdings in Sarajevo and already seen throughout the world and the
region (see article written by J. Kifner in NYT 2001-01-24) was under
threat openly posed by Socialist Party of Serbia and attacked by vandals
while hosted in Uzice, Serbia, and eventually closed five days ahead of
schedule.
Party declared their intention to sue exhibition's organizers.
BTW, everybody can check author's non-selective approach in eponymous book.
