The Glenbow Museum in Calgary has a good collection of Cree material.  As far as publications are concerned, I am not too familiar with this area but I know that Leonard Mason published a paper through the National Museum of Canada in Ottawa in the mid-1960s (about) on the Swampy
Cree.
