1. Mackenzie, if you haven't looked at aam-us.org and globalmuseum.org, you
should. They both have online museum bookstores that have those types of
books in them. Amazon.com and those types of places might, too.
2. For personal collecting policies, you might look at the AAM and ICOM
Codes of Ethics. You might could find them at their web sites (aam-us.org
and icom.org). Both codes have sections on this subject.
3. Lastly, for anyone interested in museum studies programs in TX: look at
Baylor and Texas Tech. I graduated from Texas Tech and would be happy to
talk offlist about it. Also see the list archives - I know this subject has
come up before.
