I work for a small museum in Richland, WA called the Columbia River
Exhibition of History, Science & Technology. We are the DOE's repository
for objects relating to the history of the Hanford Site, a WWII production
site for plutonium, as well as a local history museum for the Tri-Cities.
Our Board of Directors have been proceeding with plans for a new facility.
However, there are several things they need some help with. I have been
asked by the Director of my museum to ask for help locating examples of an
RFP (request for proposals) for a Feasibility Study for a new museum. Would
anyone be willing to share their RFP forms with us? Also, unless we buy a
book from ASTC (Association of Science-Technology Centers), we can't find
what the average number of memberships museums or science centers have in
communities with a population of approximately 200,000. Would anyone be
willing to share this information? If so, please contact the director, Gwen
Leth, off list at [log in to unmask] Any help would be appreciated.
