Applications and nominations for the Medal for Distinguished Philanthropy,
Medal for Distinguished Service to Museums, Museum Accessibility Award and
the Nancy Hanks Award for Professional Excellence will be accepted through
January 14, 2002. These awards, established by the American Association of
Museums Board of Directors, represent the field's highest honor. Further
