Museum-L:
We are planning to design and install an interactive computer kiosk that
would provide visitors with information about Louis Armstrong, information
about our collections, a virtual tour of the Louis Armstrong House, etc.
(Much of this information can already be found on our web site,
www.satchmo.net.) We currently envision using a CD-ROM format.
I would like to hear from any organization that has an interactive computer
program, such as the one we envision, already in place. I am interested in
what works, what doesn't work, how much did you spend, how easily can you
update information, is there a company that you recommend to design and
fabricate the kiosk, is there a company that you recommend to design the
CD-ROM, etc.
Thanks in advance.
Michael
