POSITION AVAILABLE
Museum Services Associate
Under the supervision of the Director of Museum Services, this individual
will be responsible for the following administrative functions:
Servicing membership inquiries
Coordinating promotional mailings and new member acquisition campaigns
Assisting with conference and meeting activities
Monthly production of membership renewal notices
Drafting correspondence
Data processing and reporting
Photocopying and faxing
Maintaining departmental files
Obtaining office supplies
Assisting with special projects as necessary
Applicant should have some knowledge of art history and/or museum
experience. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as
is word processing ability and attention to detail. Knowledge of Razors Edge
and Quark software is a plus.
Salary: $24,000. Excellent benefit package that includes three weeks
