I had the same problem as Olivia, and tried a couple of things before I
figured out how to get rid the the problem message. I couldn't directly
delete the problem file, but got rid of it by the following method.
I waited until there was an email message before and after the offending
file. I then selected the one before it and shift/selected the one after
it. That highlighted all three files with the problem file in the middle..
I deleted all three of them at the same time and then emptied the deleted
folder. Had to do that a couple of times, because the file showed up more
than once.
I have an up-to-date virus software package running that failed to find the
problem. If anyone knows anything about the offending file, I would
appreciate some information so that I may try to prevent future problems.
Thanks,
John Grozik
