I hope someone can offer me advice! I earned a BA in art history in 1992.
I have since taken jobs as unrelated as retail, medical office
administration, sales, and even massage therapy. I have always wanted to
pursue a museum career but I've never taken the opportunity to work on a
volunteer/internship basis because of financial hardships. I spend a good
deal of my free time reading about museums and this field. I am
particularly interested in a registrarial postion. I realize the road will
be a long one. Is this something I should pursue considering I earned my
first degree so many years ago? If I am willing to do volunteer work, etc.
and eventually go back to earn a MA does this pursuit seem feasible?
