As part of ASTC's RAPs (Roundtables for the Advancement of the
Professions), the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science is
hosting a session for museum educators entitled "Family Science in a
Museum Setting."
Sessions will include:
Overcoming Barriers
Roundtables for Sharing
Recruiting and Marketing
Characteristics of Family Learners
Family Workshop Format and Logistics
Evaluating Family Learning Programs
Dates:
Starts 6:00 PM on Friday, June 22, 2001
Ends Noon on Sunday, June 24, 2001
Fee: $50 (includes reception on June 22 and continental breakfast and
lunch on June 23 and continental breakfast on June 24)
