Hey John,
as i am currently looking for museum employment, i have found that a resume,
a "one page document" works well when you are looking for a job, while the
academy requires long-winded documents such as a vitae.
my vitae is four pages, a long-winded document, while the resume is one
page, to give you some idea of the difference b/w the two documents
