--No , The men of the Taliban can not be counted on to
stop beating thier wives long enough to feed the
children starving in their refugee camps. They have
very little intrest in reason as a whole. There are
people trying to reason with the Afghanis how ever the
Taliban is not known to be very accepting of outside
sugestions,or feedback. I personally hope that some
body took a snap shot. Phillipe De montebello could
