I am relocating from Florida to California and would
like some salary advice from those of you in the
museum field.

I am a recent B.A. graduate of art history, with
mainly just internship experience.  My work history
has, also, given me strong computer and organizational
skills; I have served one year as a registrar at a
charter school.

I would like to know if any of you could offer advice
regarding average salaries for museum entry-level
positions (i.e. registrar's assistant; exhibition
assistant, and education assistant) in both/either San
Francisco and/or L.A.  The costs of living are quite
higher in CA than FL, so I'd like to know how salaries
differ and what to expect.  Please feel free to answer
either on Museum-L or at my e-mail.
