Hey folks,
I have another tangental question for you all. I would love to get into Brown for one of their
PhD programs. Does anyone have experience of going there? They have different options I could
follow, but the American Civ is my favorite choice, mostly because of the Masters level courses in
museums.
And then to extend this question broader, does anyone out there teach at the college level? If I
want to teach public history/historic preservation, would a PhD in History work better than an
American Civ or Museum Studies? (I may have asked this question before, but some may have not
been around to hear it.)
Thanks!
Aaron
