Don't forget about State Historic Sites.  I'm using my Museum Studies
minor at Fort Ontario.  I interned there for a semester and was
subsequently hired. My position is part-time and seasonal, but that works
for me, and the experienced afforded me the opportunity to take a NYS
Civil Service exam for Historic Site Assistant.  Many more doors are
opening to me now.
