As the recipient of a grant from our county, we are required to have a grievance procedure in place, "for any person to appeal a decision which denies or reduces service." This requirement was obviously meant for social service agencies, but we are still required to establish and post a policy of our own. Do any of you have such a policy in place that you would be willing to share?
