The National Park Service is progressing on a major educational initiative
that will result in a state-of-the-art education center Fort Wadsworth and
an education Field Station at Great Kills Park, both on Staten Island.
These facilities will offer students, teachers, and professionals in the
New York metropolitan area countless opportunities to discover and explore
the rich natural and cultural resources of the area and of the National
Park System in exciting and dynamic ways.
Currently, we are establishing a list of education professionals to conduct
reviews of educational materials and programs. If you or colleagues of
yours are interested in contracting these services for us, please send the
following items:
