I've seen a lot of resources become available recently for organizations that
want to develop their own disaster plans, and likewise there are now
firms that will help organizations recover from various disasters.

My question is this: are there any commercial firms that help an
organization DEVELOP a disaster plan? And if so, has anybody out there
actually worked with such a firm?
