The California Academy of Sciences is embarking on a major building
renovation, and is in the process of rethinking our exhibits. We are a
large natural history museum in San Francisco.

I'd like to find out what kinds of visitor studies other museums have
done to inform related projects: new museum plans, major
reinstallations, master plans for exhibits, and the like.

Thanks for any background, reports, or suggestions that you can offer.
