Hmm I wonder how he knew that you stopped charging admissions after 4:30? Maybe you could say that individual guests are not charged but tour groups are because you stay open longer for them. Do you think that would help? how often does it happen? We really don't have that
problem in our little museum because we charge people till we close :)
