The Society for History in the Federal Government is accepting nominations
for the 2000 Powell Prize.  Nominated projects must demonstrate high
qualities of technical, functional, interpretative, and aesthetic qualities
in the display of our historic, architectural, technical, or cultural
heritage.  The 2000 Prize shall be awarded for displays exhibited in 1999
and 2000, by or on behalf of the federal government.  Deadline for
nominations is 15 Nov., 2000.  For further guidelines, visit www.shfg.org.
