Some years ago, Fritz Waidacher, Jan Sas and I compiled an international
bibliography on museum visitor studies, evaluation, performance measurement
and market research. It is a bit dated but still has several HUNDREDS of
references and can be found on the University of Toronto museum studies
website. AAM published a technical manual on evaluating live interpretation
some years ago and, last year one on museum theatre, including a chapter on
evaluating the same written by little me.
