Can you be more specific? What are you looking for? Are you looking for
forms used in signing over copyrights with gift agreements, licensing
agreements, in house forms tracking copyrights, or forms for filling for
copyright. I just do not understand your question.

Subject: Copyright information
Good afternoon!
Does anyone have any examples of copyright templates or forms that they or
their organizations use? If so I would be interested in seeing any and all
variations on the theme. With proper acknowledgement of any copyrights, of
course!
Thanks,
David
