This reminds me of a conversation a while ago about small and large museums
when someone suggested a small museum was one with less than 50 staff
members.  To some of us $7500 is far more than 'lower cost'.  $2000 is
beyond our budget.  We keep watching for smaller, low-costing traveling
exhibits.

It's all a matter of perspective.
