The Archaeological Institute of America, San Diego Society offers this
set of centimeter scales used to indicate object size in photographs.
See them at http://www.theglyph.com/scales.html
Originally produced by the government printing office for the National
Park Service, Museum Management Program, the AIA San Diego Society has
been designated a source for the production and sales of the scales no
longer available through the NPS.
Thousands of our scales are in use throughout the world by
archaeologists, geologists, photographers, museologists (is that a
word?), and many, many others.
See http://www.theglyph./com/scales.html or reply by e-mail for more
information.
