I know this discussion concern "written" visitor charters, but what is the
real question here?
Is it not what your visitors are getting out of the exhibits?
We all have comments on "consultants", but . . .
If you want to know what your visitors want - ASK THEM!
Spend a bit of time at the computer and at the beginning of the tour, tell
the visitor's you would like them to spend 5 minutes filling out a "comment
sheet" - maybe offer them an incentive (small item from gift shop, "milk and
cookies". Then see what THEY want -
Perhaps this is too simplistic, but . . .
