The Morton Arboretum is embarking on several eagerly anticipated new projects. One of these projects will include a large maze garden targeted toward adults. Before we begin concept design, I'd like to reveiw any evaluations completed on similar projects. As I have been unsuccessful in locating any systematic exhibit evaluation of either maze gardens or maze exhibits, I'm turning to my colleagues to recommend either:
Similar garden exhibits at public garden sites or
Indoor maze exhibits at science or children's museum sites
I am aware of several commercial corn maze sites and would welcome any material relating to target audiences and how the site measures the success of their venture.
If you have any references to visitor evaluation studies of any maze exhibits, I would welcome those as well.
As I doubt there's any reason to burden the lists with this information, I can be contacted as below.
Many thanks,
Diane
