Stop reading and network, network, network. Make a list of everyone you
know who works in a position in a museum or arts organization anywhere.
Talk to them. They know other people. Talk to them. It's really 6
degrees! Interested in registration? Are you a member of AAM or the
Registrar's Committee? Become one. Be persistent. Registration is a
profession. Have you taken workshops? Take some. Are you current on the
many changes and issues in museology today? If not, get up to speed.
You'll need to do quite a bit of work looking for museum work. Good luck!
